Gluten Free/Casein Free Diet: started 8/19/03, took year and ½ hiatus to SCD back on approx Jun 06 until current
Specific Carbohydrate Diet: did for approx 1 year and ½ started Nov 04, ended approx Jun 06
Body Ecology Diet: tried to do both BED and SCD for last 4 months on SCD

TD TTFD: stinky, easy to do, discontinued when Dr. Reid thought he was too yellow signaling his liver wasn’t functioning well enough to continue
TD Glutathione: easy, discontinued at the same time as TTFD because of James’s yellow color, started 10/03
B12 Shots: intramuscular, after a while he just laid down on my lap caboose side up for them, started 10/03, every other day for a year
IV Glutathione: He often threw up after, 7/05
IV Cysteine: He often threw up after, 7/05
Prescriptions under Dr. Chapman’s supervision:
LDN: easy, 3 lines of lotion put on tummy at night time, didn’t notice changes, started 6/06
Nystatin: he loved the taste, we compounded the liquid with tangerine flavor, didn’t notice changes started 6/06
Singulair: easy to add to juice, so he didn’t even notice, didn’t notice changes, tried for approx 1 month
Valtrex: tasted terrible, very expensive, done for 1and 1/2 months, didn’t notice changes, began Apr 2006
B12 shots: fatty injections, he never accepted it, didn’t notice big changes like we did the first time, started 2/06, did 5+ months
Bethanechol: liquid drops, compounded with tangerine flavor, didn’t taste bad, was easy to give but didn’t notice changes, ½ ml a day started 7/20/06 (did for 2 months)
IV DMPS challenge followed by IV Glutathione 2/06, second DMPS challenge 4/06
Prescriptions under Dr. Green’s supervision:
Oxytocin: hard to give in the beginning, not so bad after he thought it was tickling his nose, didn’t notice changes, only did approx. 6 times, not in a row
Nizoral: tasted terrible, didn’t notice changes: 200 mg for 2 weeks and then 100 mg for 1 week (used generic form called Ketoconazole) started 1/4/07, last dose 1/24/07
